Ah, right, now I get it! When you were telling me about this chap the other day, I kept thinking to my poor drunk self, why is Wommm talking about Jeff Lynne from ELO? And since when did he have tentacles?
He developed the tentacles after he went into the big flying saucer from Horace Wimp and got bummed by aliens...
Actually, 'Bummed By Aliens' was the title of ELO's lost masterpiece, recorded between 'A New World Record' and 'Out Of The Blue'. The multi-tracks are rumoured to have disappeared into bassist Kelly Groucutt's beard, never to be seen again, although the odd demo track has surfaced on bootlegs of varying sound quality. Most notorious among fans is the seven minute symphonic pop suite 'Watch That Probe/Anal Alien Alan/Happy Bendings'.
